Requirements
- You must send an email to – theultimatechef101@gmail.com
- When sending email, the subject line must say “Recipe Inquiry – (FULL NAME & DATE)“
- The body of the email shall be the recipe itself. Do not attach or copy a different type of document like a Microsoft Word file, Google Doc file, etc. The work needs to be directly placed in the body of email.
- The content should start with a little bit of background or story to the dish. Then, the ingredients, and finally the thorough instructions. Please be as thorough as possible to help people recreate the recipe.
- Attached to the email, a high quality picture of the dish. It needs to represent professionality. The dish should be clear of what ingredients are in the picture. The picture must belong to you and not from someone else or another website. If you send us someone else’s or another websites photo, you will be required to refund The Ultimate Chef and pay any additional fees made by the third party. By sending us the pictures and recipe, you are agreeing to handing over the rights to the pictures to us and cannot be posted on the internet. You shall not post this anywhere else on the internet and should be solely sent to us.
As an example: The first picture will get accepted. The second picture will be rejected.
6. Also, have the option of sending a video. The video has to be made professionally. You may do a step by step instruction as yourself making or just show the food and how it is made. You cannot include and songs that you do not own the copyright to. You may include copyright free songs if you provide us with all the information including the link of the song. You cannot just show a video of you talking to the camera, it is required to show the food/drink. The video cannot already be on the internet as well as it needs to be original. By sending us the video, you are handing over all right to this video.
7. At the bottom of the body of the email, you can leave any note you would like for us. You may include your social media urls which we will post at the bottom of the content, only if you provide it. Also, provide the information below

By sending us the email, you are agreeing to all the requirements above as well as having original content. We understand recipes can be very similar, but you cannot provide us with others pictures and videos. If you send email with copyrighted music or owned content from others, you agree to refunding The Ultimate Chef any funds they may have provided and are responsible to provide us with funds of any additional fees we may require. We will be sending payments through Paypal and are not held responsible for any fees they may require and are not responsible to make up for any fees they require. It also up to you to report any compensation to your area for taxes. You cannot break these requirements after accepted. Once the content has been accepted and payment has been sent, everything is final. Let’s get start and we hope you join the fam!
