Ingredients
1 cup cold non dairy margarine
¾ cup sugar
¾ cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons garam masala
1 teaspoon xanthan gum
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
¼ cup almond flour
1 cup buckwheat flour
½ cup sweet white rice flour
2 tablespoons cocoa powder, for dusting

Directions
- • Preheat oven to 375 °F.
- Cream together the margarine and sugars.
- Add the vanilla extract, baking powder, garam masala, and xanthan gum.
- Add the vinegar and then gradually mix in all the flours a little at a time until well blended.
- • Using a tablespoon, scoop out round balls onto an ungreased cookie sheet about 3 inches apart.
- Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the cookies have flattened out completely.
- While they are still warm, sprinkle a touch of cocoa powder on each cookie.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
