Directions
Preheat oven to 375 °F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice each bacon strip into 2-3 inch pieces and lay on the baking sheet.
Bake 15-20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow the bacon to crisp up on a plate.
In a small bowl, use a fork to mash the avocados.
Stir in the red onion, jalapeño, ground cumin and sea salt.
Serve bacon chips alongside the guacamole dip.
