Directions

Toast a slice of Keto bread.

Cut the avocado in half and drizzle the lime juice over it.

Place the avocado half on top of the toast and smash it into the toast.

 Sprinkle the diced tomatoes, crushed pistachios, and sea salt over the avocado.

Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the avocado toast.

Enjoy with a knife and fork or using your hands.

 ½ ripe avocado

 ½ tsp lime juice

 ⅛ Tomato, dice

6 pistachios, crushed

Sea salt to taste

2 tsp (10 ml) extra virgin olive oil
