2 cups confectioners sugar

1 cup non hydrogenated shortening

¼ cup non-dairy margarine

Directions

Beat together the ingredients in an electric mixing bowl, or by hand, until fluffy.

Store refrigerated and allow warming slightly at room temperature before piping or spreading onto cakes or cookies.

Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
