YIELD: 2 CUPS
An absolutely delightful dessert, this tastes just like fresh-picked strawberries. The balsamic complements the berries well and counteracts the sweetness of the simple syrup.
Directions
In a blender, purée all the ingredients until smooth.
Place in a metal baking dish, about 8 inches round, and cover with plastic wrap.
Freeze for 3 hours, or until solid, but still soft.
Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months.
