This recipe couldn’t get any easier with only four ingredients, and it’s good for you! Eat up.
Directions
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until very smooth, for about 1 minute.
Pour into the bowl of your ice cream maker and process according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Or, alternatively, freeze all ingredients in a bowl for 3 hours, and then immediately process in a food processor until smooth.
Store in an airtight container in freezer for up to 1 month.

½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup canned full-fat coconut milk
