Easier than apple pie, and good for you, too! This “milkshake” makes a perfectly indulgent breakfast or a late afternoon snack.

Directions

Combine all ingredients into a blender and mix until very smooth.

Thin with a little extra apple cider or non-dairy milk if desired.

Serve immediately.
