Homemade Classic Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups – milk
  • 1 – egg
  • 1 tbsp – granulated sugar
  • 3 tbsp – butter
  • 1 1/4 cups – all purpose flour
  • 3 1/2 tsp – baking powder
  • pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Get a big bowl and mix together all the dry ingredients. Sugar, salt, flour, and baking soda.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together all the wet products. Milk, egg, and butter.
  3. After both are mixed together, slowly mix the wet ingredients into the dry bowl.
  4. Put a pan onto medium heat and butter it.
  5. Pour the pancake mixture
  6. Once the pancake has bubbles, you can flip it over.
  7. Try to prevent constant flipping.
  8. All done. Enjoy
