Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups – milk
- 1 – egg
- 1 tbsp – granulated sugar
- 3 tbsp – butter
- 1 1/4 cups – all purpose flour
- 3 1/2 tsp – baking powder
- pinch of salt
Directions
- Get a big bowl and mix together all the dry ingredients. Sugar, salt, flour, and baking soda.
- In a separate bowl, mix together all the wet products. Milk, egg, and butter.
- After both are mixed together, slowly mix the wet ingredients into the dry bowl.
- Put a pan onto medium heat and butter it.
- Pour the pancake mixture
- Once the pancake has bubbles, you can flip it over.
- Try to prevent constant flipping.
