YIELD: 1 CUP
Particularly nice for glazing one-half of a Black and White Cookie, this glaze also works well for cakes, Blondies, and pretty much any treat you can think of.

Ingredients
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 tablespoon + 1 to 2 teaspoons non dairy milk
1½ teaspoons light corn syrup
⅛ teaspoon vanilla extract Dash salt

Directions
- In a small bowl, whisk all the ingredients together until very smooth, ensuring no lumps remain.
- Use immediately after making and let set for at least 1 hour before handling.
