Ingredients
⅓ cup melted non dairy chocolate coins or chips
1 teaspoon coconut oil
⅓ cup confectioners sugar
1 teaspoon corn syrup
1 tablespoon non-dairy milk

- In a small bowl, whisk together the chocolate and coconut oil until smooth.
- Gradually add the confectioner’s sugar, corn syrup, and nondairy milk, stirring continuously to blend.
- Stir vigorously until very smooth.
- Use immediately to top cookies and cakes.
- Let sit for 2 hours before handling.
